Goldlink uses Instagram to post branded content leading up to the pop-up day with information on the pop-up and sneak peeks of our offerings.
Enter
Enter Goldink pop-up and you’re by our experience host, Kirsten. She will guide you to the story wall and show you the bracelet and memory card you can create today in our pop-up.
Engage
You’re prompted to pick up the cards and read the stories on the wall. Scan the QR code to be linked to Goldlink’s memory booth and start creating your memory.

After completing the memory booth, you are led to the jewelry station where your commemorative word is confirmed and begins to be hand-stamped by our jewelry expert onto a Goldlink bracelet.
As you’re watching the process of your memory bracelet and the card being made, you can engage with our jewelry and memory experts. In 5-10 minutes, your gifts are complete.

Exit Goldlink pop-up with a personalized bracelet and memory card with a story and photo, ready to be gifted or kept for yourself.

Validation:
95.5% completion rate of email signup at exit (people who agreed to sign up for email and followed through). 21 of 34 customers opted to sign up for the email list.
Through Instagram, we gained 26 followers and reached 79 accounts the week of the pop-up.
Micro Polit
To test our hypothesis and the biggest risks, we used micropolit as an experimental prototype. As a result, Goldlink's concept and experience flow were improved.
