Interest in negative space has been present in my past work. For me, negative spaces are where thinking happens. I want to bring it to the spotlight for my thesis. For the small projects, I executed my instant ideas around negative space and explored ways of documenting it. Starting with documentation of the same topic with different techniques, I let the outcome guide me and take me to the next step spontaneously. I will continue the exploration using the analogy process and take the examinations to the extreme. 
         What is regarded as negative space? What is our relation with negative space? Fundamental questions like these can help my creative process. I am closely studying media, structure, composition, and perspective. Because of the nature of exploration, the result and its application are unknown. I am thrilled for outcomes that reflect intangible experiences. What emotions would I like to evoke with negative spaces? Freedom? Or pressure? These still need to be investigated. I intend to cross between 2D and 3D to create a series of works that echos with each other.
